In the event that DHL Express does not find anyone present at the specified delivery address, the deliverer will leave a shipment notification in your letterbox or attempt to contact you per telephone.
Your shipment may also be left with a neighbor or be brought to a DHL parcel shop nearby. Alternatively, it is also possible for the deliverer to put your parcel in your mailbox (depending on the size of the parcel).

Should the delivery of your parcel fail completely, it will ultimately be returned to the pharmacy in question.
