The pharmacies cooperating with Doctoronline all ship their parcels with DHL Express.
Once the pharmacy has prepared your order for shipment, you receive the shipment information in an automatic e-mail. The tracking number can also be found in your Dokteronline-account.
You can now monitor the delivery of your parcel!
After announcing your parcel for shipment, DHL will collect the parcel from the pharmacy. At this point, your tracking link will become active and show more updates.
If you received the tracking link today, and the link is not activated yet, this means that DHL has not yet collected/scanned your parcel. DHL collects the parcels from the pharmacies at the end of the day, so check the tracking link again in the evening.

Delivery per DHL Express can take up to 1-3 business days.
