Please check the details of the tracking link to see if your parcel may have been delivered elsewhere (for example to the assigned drop off location, or to a DHL Parcel Shop near you). Perhaps someone else in your household or your neighbors have accepted the parcel on your behalf? Please check there.
If you have verified the above points and still have not received your parcel, please reach out to our Customer Service team. They will gladly investigate the issue with DHL Express and the pharmacy. Please contact us within 14 days after the delivery date; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that a claim can be made for your parcel. The investigation may take up to 14 days. During this period, we cannot resend or refund the order. However, your order may still be delivered while the investigation is ongoing.
