An order can be cancelled for various reasons. If your order is cancelled or rejected by the doctor or pharmacy, it is for medical reasons.
If your order is cancelled from the Customer Service, this is due to e.g. the availability of the requested product at the pharmacy, or discrepancies in your data (e.g. address, country, etc.).
Regardless of the cancellation reason, you will always receive an e-mail about this.
In case of cancellation for one of the reasons mentioned above, you will of course receive a full refund of your payment.
