In case of issues with delivering your order, the order will be returned to the pharmacy (the sender). We therefore recommend that you keep a close eye on your tracking link so that you can act quickly if there are any problems with the delivery and avoid the parcel being returned to the pharmacy. You are responsible for the package once it has left the pharmacy.
If you wish to reship after the package has been returned, additional shipping charges will apply to have the product reshipped.
If we do not receive a response or payment, the package will be destroyed by the pharmacy after 21 days as they will assume that no resend of the product is desired. For this reason, your order cannot be refunded.
