After payment, the verification process starts automatically.
- If you order via desktop, scan the QR code using your phone’s camera. Do not use a separate QR code scanner app, as this does not work.
- If you order via mobile, you will continue directly in the verification process.
You will then take or upload a photo of your identity document, followed by a photo of your face. Once the verification is successful, you will receive confirmation.
The ID verification is a one-time process and only needs to be repeated when your identity document expires.
