Provided that your order has not yet been approved by a doctor, you can cancel the order yourself through your account.
Once the doctor approved the order, but the pharmacy has not shipped yet, you will have to contact Customer Service so that they can check with the pharmacy if cancellation is still possible.
If the pharmacy replies cancellation is still possible, the order will be cancelled and your payment will be refund.
If the pharmacy replies that your order is already in the shipment process and cancellation is no longer possible, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order anymore and we cannot refund your payment.
